Terence Driscoll Keane

Terence Driscoll Keane, 65, of West Chester, died Friday Nov. 9, 2007, at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia.He was the husband of Dushanka Glumac Keane for 35 years.Born in Detroit, Mich., he was the son of the late John J. Keane and the late Mary Driscoll Keane.He was an English teacher at Bishop Shanahan High School for 35 years. Terence was a graduate of Fairfield University, Fairfield, Conn. He enjoyed playing golf and solving crossword puzzles. He also enjoyed cooking, traveling and building model cities. He volunteered for the Chester County Democratic Party and was a member of St. Agnes Church, West Chester. In addition to his wife, Terence is survived by his daughter, Katarina "Kate" Keane of West Chester; daughter, Mary A. Keane of Kennett Square; brother, John Keane and wife Lois of Detroit, Mich.; brother, Kevin Keane of East Orange, N.J.; sister, Sheila Miano of Holyoke, Mass.; sister, Denise Keane of New York, N.Y.; and sister, Judith Keane of New York, N.Y.Relatives and friends are invited to his funeral Mass, 11 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 14, at St. Agnes Church, 233 W. Gay St., West Chester. Interment will be at Birmingham-Lafayette Cemetery, West Chester.
