Ruth L. "Big Rube" Guerriero, 71 of Philadelphia, PA died Tuesday August 15, 2017 at Vitas Healthcare in Philadelphia, PA

She was the wife of the late Alfred "Big Al" Guerriero.

Born November 16, 1945 in Philadelphia, PA she was the daughter of the late Anthony Lombardi and the late Connie Poli Lombardi.

Ruth was hairdresser and real estate agent for many years. After retirement, she helped her son Leonard at his bakery, Cacia's Bakery in Cherry Hill, NJ.

She was a member of Calvary Temple, Phila, PA

Ruth was a devoted mother and grandmother.

She is survived by her son, Leonard R. Guerriero (Elisabetta) of Philadelphia, PA; son, Anthony L. Guerriero of Philadelphia, PA; granddaughters, Giovanna Ruth and Julia Grace of Philadelphia, PA; nephew, Steven Santore of Philadelphia, PA; cousins, Christine Pingelli, James Pingelli and Marlene Santore, all of Philadelphia, PA. Also survived by other cousins family and friends

Relatives and friends are invited to her visitation on Saturday, August 19, 2017 from 9:30 am - 11:00 am at Monti-Rago Funeral Home, 2531-35 S. Broad Street Philadelphia, PA 19148; followed by her Memorial Service at 11:00 am

Entombment will be held in Fernwood Cemetery, Lansdowne, PA.
