Richard D. Hahn

Richard D. Hahn, 62, of West Chester PA, passed away on Saturday, January 14, 2017 at Chester County Hospital, West Chester, PA. 

He was the loving husband of Susan Pollard Hahn, sharing 36 years of marriage. 

Richard was born in Wilmington, DE on July 25, 1954 and was the son of the late Howard Hahn and the late Anne Dawson Hahn. 

He graduated from the University of Delaware in 1976 and was a member of the Theta Chi fraternity.

He was a project executive at Integrated Project Services (IPS) located in Blue Bell, PA. He had over 40 years of experience in construction management, and was the recipient of numerous awards.


Dick enjoyed playing golf and was a member of Penn Oaks Golf Club. He loved the beach and spending time with his family and friends. He was the father of three children, and took tremendous pride in their accomplishments.

 
In addition to his wife, Richard is survived by his children, Daniel, Caitlin, and Erin; and his siblings Dr. Joseph Hahn of Cleveland, OH, Margaret (Hahn) Conte of Wilmington, DE, Barbara (Hahn) Eastlake of Atlanta, GA. He was predeceased by his brother, the late William P. Hahn.

Relatives and friends are invited to his visitation on Friday, January 20, 2017 from 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. and his Funeral Liturgy at 11:00 am at DellaVecchia, Reilly, Smith and Boyd Funeral Home 410 N. Church St., West Chester PA, 610-696-1181, www.DellaFH.com

Interment will be private.
