I remember many Sunday dinners at Joey's house. His Mom, my Aunt Rose, cooked and served the best Italian food. There was laughter and lots of stories. Joey was blessed to have such a wonderful family. I know he was loved by many and will be missed by all. God bless his family. Give them peace knowing he is with the Lord and probably telling stories to all the Angels in heaven. Rest in Peace cousin Joey.

Dear Maryann and children, We are so sorry for your loss. Joe Pip fought the good fight for so long and kept coming back. He was such a colorful figure and will be missed. As a St Ags classmate, I always remember how he always brought sodas for all who stayed after school for whatever was going on. Sodas from the parents' store. When the head of the family suffers, the whole family suffers. God bless and comfort you all. We will pray for your consolation and the repose of his soul. Sincere Sympathy, Irene and Vince Friel

Joe:
You will be sorely missed not only by all West Chester Rotary, but by countless others in Chester County whose lives you touched. Your dedication to "Operation Warm" comes to mind. How many needy youngsters in our community kept warm in the cold winter months by your efforts? Surely they must number in the thousands.
Rest in Peace old Friend.

Joe: We, for sure, had some good times. We thank you for that. Your adventures with Lucy, from Croatia, and Fabian from Switzerland will be with me for the rest of hy life. And of course there was Mirko, and Paco, and hundreds of other young people that were influenced by you in such a positive way. And yet there was still Lucy . . .

Oh, the memories. To say Joey was a "character" would be an understatement. He was solicitor for my detective agency for 31 years. Moreover, he was my friend. I met him when I was 18 years old on my very first day of work when I worked for the District Attorney of Chester County. I'll never forget it. He both flattered and scared me ~ I threatened him ~ he laughed ~ and it was the start of a great friendship. The entire Polito Family was both beloved and respected in the West Chester community and beyond. They made you feel like you were a part of theirs. My sincere condolences to the Polito family and his many, many friends and associates. He will be sorely missed. Rest in peace, Joe!

Joe has been our family lawyer for many years; my Mom worked with Joe at the Chester County Courthouse and my Dad met Joe through veterans associations. Most recently I have had the privilege of working with Joe after a death in my family. He was quick to answer my questions and assuage my concerns. Joe was an exceptional lawyer, however, he was more than that; he became my friend. Godspeed Joe. I will miss hearing you say "God Bless" Lynn

Pip:
We were classmates and life long friends from our days at St Joe's. Although we did not see each other often after graduation we remained in contract over the years. He was a great friend and I will miss him.
