To The Sibley Family, I was deeply saddened to hear of Mr. Sibley's passing. He was my home room teacher for 4 years at WC East. He always had a ready smile to start our day. Please accept my condolences for your loss but please know that he is a light that will never be extinguished!

It was with great sadness and disbelief that I read of Frank's passing. He was the highlight of our department meetings, always making us laugh and helping to keep things in perspective with his wit and outlook. Please know that he made a difference in the lives of the students he taught and his peers. My sympathies to the Sibley family and his many friends at West Chester.

I was shocked and saddened to hear of Mr. Sibs passing. My love and prayers go out to Mrs. Sibley, Matt and Frankie. I will always remember Mr. Sib with his contagious laugh and that big smile. Spread your wings and fly my friend.

Jeanne and Family, Our deepest sympathies at your time of sorrow. We will always remember the good times we had together, telling stories about each other and laughing so hard. Especially the times we told Frank where the fish were biting the best and he never believed us. He was a true friend and we will surely miss him.
