Charlene F. Miller

Charlene F. Miller, 79 of Romansville, PA passed away peacefully on Friday November 25, 2016 after a lengthy battle with Lupus.   

She was the loving wife of C.R. Wayne Miller with whom she shared 60 years of marriage.

Born September 24, 1937 in West Chester, PA she was the daughter of the late William C. Cowan and the late Edith M. Corcoran Cowan.

Charlene worked for over 30 years as the accounts manager for the West Chester Electric.  She was an avid reader and enjoyed gardening with her husband. Charlene will be remembered as a loving wife, mother and mommom who was devoted to her family.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children, Dwayne Michael Miller and his wife Lynn, Dawn M. Rice and her husband Jeffrey; grandchildren, Michael, Jesse-Lee & Chelsey, great grandchildren, Gabriella, Colton & Nathan.  Also, survived by her siblings, Donald J. Cowan, Edward P. Cowan, Jean C. McFadden,

She was preceded in death by her brothers, William J. Cowan, and Robert J. (Toby) Cowan

Relatives and Friends are invited to her visitation on Tuesday, November 29, 2016 from 9-10 am at St. Agnes Church, 233 W. Gay St. West Chester, PA 19380; followed by her Funeral Mass at 10 am. Interment will be held in St. Agnes Cemetery West Chester PA.
