Obituary

William (Bill) Warihay, 71, of West Chester, PA passed away Friday, December 27, 2024. He will be missed by his wife, Virginia Warihay, his son, William Warihay, daughter, Samantha (George) Price, son, Tyler (Kimberly) Warihay; grandchildren, Haylee Price and Georgie Price; brother, Robert (Barbara) Warihay, sister, Nancy (Brenden) Beaumont, and brother, James (Peggy) Warihay.

Born November 3, 1953, in West Chester, PA, Bill was the son of the late Joseph and Norma Warihay. He grew up in West Chester, PA and graduated from B. Reed Henderson High School. He then received his bachelor’s degree from Pennsylvania State University and his MBA from Widener University.

Bill worked as a corporate accountant and controller for multiple corporations throughout his career, along with his more recent work as a Senior JD Edwards System Analyst. Bill enjoyed football (Eagles and Penn State), the Phillies, his Camaro, movies, music (Elton John, the Beatles, Bruce Springsteen, and many more), wine tastings, and he could quote every Seinfeld episode, but most of all, Bill loved spending time with his wife Ginny and his dog, Maddie.

Relatives and friends are invited to his visitation on January 7, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at Westminster Presbyterian Church 10 W. Pleasant Grove Road West Chester PA 19382; followed by his Funeral Service at 11:00 a.m. at the same location.

Interment will be privately held at Philadelphia Memorial Park, Frazer, PA.
