Thomas John D’Alessandro IV, has entered heaven at the early age of 28.
TJ was born in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania on July 9, 1989. He is the loving son of Donna Oppenheimer who he adored and Thomas J. D’Alessandro III.
TJ leaves behind siblings, Daniel and Sarah Deneen, Becca D’Alessandro and Andrew Agren, along with stepparents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends who loved him very much.
TJ is a proud United States Army Veteran and was honorably discharged after three years of service as a Wheeled Vehicle Mechanic at Fort Bliss, Texas.
He was currently a student at the Universal Technical Institute in Exton, Pennsylvania.
Our hearts are broken by the loss of our son. TJ was a blessing to us as a son, a wonderful brother, great friend, and loved by everyone he met. He had a kind heart and always first to put others ahead of himself, willing to help anyone who needed a hand. He was a jokester who had a quick wit, always had a sarcastic comment ready, and a smile on his face. He taught us how to go with the flow, not sweat the small stuff, and how to love and help family and friends unconditionally. We will keep his spirit and memory alive in our hearts.
Relatives and friends are invited to his visitation on Thursday, February 15, 2018 from 10-11 am at DellaVecchia, Reilly, Smith & Boyd Funeral Home, 410 North Church Street, West Chester, PA 19380; 610-696-1181, www.DellaFH.com; followed by his Funeral Service at 11 am.
TJ will be laid to rest at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery in Annville, PA at 2:00 pm with full military honors.
To honor TJ's memory, let's celebrate his life as he lived it by dressing casual and comfortable. Please leave your funeral attire in the closet.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to The Trauma Survivors Foundation, 2055 Limestone Road, Suite 109, Wilmington, DE 19808, where TJ volunteered, and/or the Charity of your choice.
