Susan Kay Sutton

Susan Kay Sutton, 77 years old of West Chester, PA passed away Thursday July 29, 2021 at Manor Care Health Services-King of Prussia, PA.

She was the wife for 53 years of Myrwood Barton Sutton III.

Born April 15, 1944 in Marion, IN she was the daughter of the late Harold Earl Denison and the late Inez Mae Heal Denison.

Susan attended Marion High School in Marion Indiana and graduated in 1962. She then attended Ball State University in Muncie, IN and earned a Bachelor of Science in Education in 1966 and later attended The Ohio State University, Columbus, Ohio earning a Master of Fine Arts degree in 1968. 

She began teaching art in local high schools in the Columbus, Ohio area from 1968 to 1973 and Mt. Kisco, NY.  In 1973 to 1999, Susan taught in Great Valley High School, Malvern, PA in the Art Department with her husband Bart.

In addition to her husband, Susan is survived by her brother, Steve Earnest Denison, two nieces, two nephews and their families.

She was preceded in death by brother, Timothy Earl Denison.

Services and interment will be private.
