Stacey Lee Carroll July 5, 1963 – August 22, 2023
Stacey Lee Carroll, 60, passed away from cancer on August 22, surrounded by her devoted and loving family. Ever the fierce warrior in life with high energy and an exceptionally adventurous spirit, she met every challenge with ferocious courage, endless smiles, and an amazing sense of humor.
Stacey leaves behind many treasured souls. Stacey is survived by her loving wife Kristen Dirato; three incredible sons and their families: Mickey Mardinly and daughter-in-law Lauren, Andy Mardinly and daughter-in-law Ashley, and Ian Mardinly and his fiancée Devon Shaw. Stacey had two beautiful grandchildren, Jameson, and Harper (her special “nugget” and “peanut”).
Stacey also leaves her immediate family including her father James Carroll, her mother Germaine Carroll, her brother Parker Carroll and sister-in-law Mary, and her sister Devon Johnson.
In addition to her many nieces and nephews, Stacey also leaves her co-conspirator on many of her greatest adventures, Kathy Plavner, as well as countless beloved friends and furry loved ones like Willow and Punkin.
Stacey lived her life on her own vivacious terms and cared for all those in her orbit with huge energy and love. She was a wife, a daughter, a mother, a sister, an amazing friend, and an inspiration to those who were fortunate enough to have her in their lives.
Stacey will be missed but we can take comfort: when good things happen, when you hear that special song, or when you find that rare piece of sea glass, it’s Stacey smiling down on us from above.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Brick and Brew, 400 E. King Street, Malvern, PA on Sunday, August 27, 2023. Visitation from 9:30 AM - 11:30 AM, followed by a Remembrance program at 11:30 AM. All are welcome to attend.
Stacey’s family requests memorial gifts to honor her wonderful spirit to be sent to the Unite For Her.
