Sr. M. Theresa Bernadette Meade, IHM, formerly known as Sister M. James Elizabeth, IHM, Died on April 18, 2026 in Camilla Hall. 

In addition to her IHM Community, she is survived by her sister Mary Ann Meade, and her other relatives and friends.

She was predeceased by her parents, Earl Meade and Elizabeth (Friel) Meade.

Visitations will be held on Wednesday, April 22, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Thursday, April 23, 2026, from 8:30 AM to 10:15 AM at Camilla Hall Nursing Home, 100 Maxis Drive, Malvern, PA 19355: followed by her Funeral Mass at 10:30 AM. Live streaming will be available Here.
