Formerly known as Barbara Ann Smith on January 17, 2022.

In addition to her IHM Community, she is survived by her brother Charles John Smith (Emily), her sister-in-law (Deborah) and her nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.

Predeceased by her parents Charles John Smith and Rita Mary Smith (Trulinos), her brothers Michael Charles and David Frank Smith and her sisters Susanne Marie Smith and Mary Ann Smith Lutz (David).

(If attending Sister’s visitations/funeral please be prepared to show proof of vaccination and wear a mask at all times.)

Visitations will be held on Thursday, January 20, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Friday, January 21, 2022, 8:30 AM to 10:15 AM at Camilla Hall Nursing Home, 100 Maxis Drive, Malvern, PA 19355; followed by her Funeral Mass at 10:30 AM.
