Sr. Joan Marie Ames, IHM. Formerly known as Sister Maura Thomas on September 10, 2023
In addition to her IHM Community, she is survived by her brother Reverand John Ames, sisters Kathleen (Ames) Gaffney (Phillip), Marie (Ames) Buonanno, her nieces, nephews, grand nieces, and grand nephews.
Predeceased by her parents John Ames and Joan (Hickey) Ames, and her brother, Gregory Ames.
Visitations will be held on Thursday, September 14, 2023 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Friday, September 15, 2023, 8:30 AM to 10:15 AM at Camilla Hall Nursing Home, 100 Maxis Drive, Malvern, PA 19355; followed by her Funeral Mass at 10:30 AM. Live streaming will be available Here
Interment: Immaculata Cemetery
