In addition to her IHM Community, she is survived by her sister Faythe Uminski.

Predeceased by her parents Joseph Thomas Costello and Rose Mary (Endres) Costello, her brother- in- law, William F. Uminski.

Visitations will be held on Friday, June 7, 2024, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Saturday, June 8, 2024, 8:30 AM to 10:15 AM at Camilla Hall Nursing Home, 100 Maxis Drive, Malvern, PA 19355; followed by her Funeral Mass at 10:30 AM. Live streaming will be available Here
