Ruby D. Brogan

Ruby D. Brogan, nee Davis, 89, died peacefully on August 12, 2019 at Manatawny Manor, in Pottstown, PA.

Ruby was born on March 23, 1930, in Virginia, the daughter of the late Roscoe and Nannie (Blevins) Davis.

She was predeceased by her loving husband John Brogan, sisters Virginia, Naomi, Mattie and brothers Dwight, Howard, Willard and Garnet.

Ruby attended schools in Chester County, and graduated from West Chester high school in 1949.

She was an employee of the Pennsylvania Railroad for 35 years.

John and Ruby lived in Drexel Hill and Wynnewood PA., and after retiring, relocated to Murrell’s Inlet, South Carolina.

Ruby was a loving aunt to many nieces and nephews in the Davis and Kenny families. 

Relatives and friends are invited to her Funeral Mass on Monday, August 19, 2019 at 10:30 am at St. Anastasia Church 3301 West Chester Pike, Newtown Square, PA. 19073.

Interment will be in SS. Peter and Paul Cemetery in Springfield, PA.
