Obituary
It is with heavy heart that I announce that Roy James Enoches Jr. has passed away at the age of 78, on July 25, 2022, at his daughter’s home in Portland, Oregon. He fought a hard 3 1/2 year battle with cancer.
Born 1/15/1944 in Philadelphia, PA, he loved everything to do with the outdoors and working with his hands. Roy completed two years in the Army and upon returning home, started working at Pepperidge Farm in 1967. He retired in 2006 after 39 years of employment. Roy’s love of fishing moved him and his wife Connie from Coatesville to Grand Island, Florida on Lake Eustis, one of the Harris Chain of Lakes in central Florida.
Survived by his wife of 55 years, Connie, son Michael, daughter Michelle, grandkids Olivia and Christopher, and brother Jack.
Preceded in death by his parents Roy and Betty.
Relatives and friends are invited to his visitation on Friday, August 12, 2022 from 10:00 am - 11:00 am at DellaVecchia, Reilly, Smith & Boyd Funeral Home, Inc. 410 North Church Street West Chester, PA 19380, followed by Funeral Service at 11:00 am.
Interment will be in Bradford Cemetery West Chester PA.
