Rosemary Ann Pinca

Rosemary Ann Pinca (nee Wasilko) age 81 died Saturday, November 2nd (All Souls Day) at Twin Pines Medical Center in West Grove, PA. 

Born August 21, 1943 in her hometown of Mocanaqua, PA to the late Matthew and Rose Wasilko. 

She graduated from Newport High School class of 1961 and Mercy Hospital School of Nursing thereafter. She was a Registered Nurse at Sacred Heart Hospital in Chester, PA for 25 years.  She also had a lengthy second career at Astra Zeneca where many long-lasting friendships were made. 

Rosemary was the beloved wife of the late John Joseph Pinca with whom she shared 52 years of marriage. She is survived by her three loving sons John (Tina) of Bend, OR, Jeff of Lincoln University, PA, Joseph (Lauren) of Northampton, PA and her four grandchildren Elise, Nicholas, Julia and Ava. 

Rosemary was the happiest spending time and making memories while sharing delicious home cooked meals with family, friends and neighbors. Rosemary had a great love of dogs, especially Sandy and most recently Calvin and Cindy. She was an avid reader and loved to swim and shop. She enjoyed many summers with her family and loved ones at her second home in Ocean Pines, Maryland. Rosemary was a dedicated and faithful member of St. Cornelius Catholic Church, living and displaying deep love and faith in our Lord Jesus Christ. 

Relatives and friends are invited to her visitation on Friday November 8th at 10:00 am at St Cornelius Church, 160 Ridge Road Chadds Ford, PA 19317 followed by her Funeral Mass at 11:00 am.

Internment will immediately follow at Birmingham Lafayette Cemetery, 1235 Birmingham Rd. West Chester, PA 19382.
