Richard L. Hoscheid, Jr.

Richard L. Hoscheid, Jr. 59 of Coatesville, PA passed away Thursday January 23, 2025 at home. 

He was the husband of Cathy M. Giunta Hoscheid.

Born April 2, 1965 in Portsmouth, VA, he was the son of Pearl E. Kite McCahon of Alabama and the late Richard L. Hoscheid, Sr. 

Richard grew up in Middletown, PA, then after graduation lived in Downingtown, PA. Rich graduated from West Chester East High School.

He worked as a cashier for Cracker Barrel in Downingtown PA for 11 years. 

Richard enjoyed watching Football, his Seahawks and Eagles, WWE, comedy shows and he loved to travel.

He really enjoyed making people laugh and smile.

In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by sister Velvet A Cober of Alabama, brother Christopher Fries and wife Emily of Coatesville, PA, sister-in-law Lisa Morris of New Jersey, nephews, nieces, great nephews and great nieces and his fur babies Kiki and Mittens.

He was preceded in death by brothers Donald L Hoscheid and Larry (Ernest) Hoscheid.

Services and interment will be private.
