Patricia Marie Stull (Patty), born March 11, 1955, passed away peacefully on Thursday Oct 24, 2024.
Born in Linwood PA, she was the daughter of the late Walter L. "Jack" Stull, and Marie Stull, née Mullen.
She is survived by her brothers Lee (Cinda) of Chester Springs and Robert (Sharon) of Millsboro, DE, a half sister, Helen "Chick" of Quarryville, nephews Jeffrey, Kyle, Bobby, Matthew, nieces, Jessica, Allison, Alisa, Kristin, Jenny, and several great nieces and great nephews.
Patty lived in West Chester most of her life and attended Handi-Crafters in Thorndale for nearly 50 years.
Patty moved to Newport Meadows in Atglen, PA in 2022 after being diagnosed with a brain tumor, where she received world class care. She had a wonderful roommate who watched after her closely and an aid who took such good care of her during her stay.
To know Patty was to love her. She had the biggest smile and the best hugs. She loved hard and once she met you, she never forgot you. Patty's favorite things included music by Eddie Arnold, Patsy Cline, listening to the Phillies games on her little transistor radio, she loved watching the Eagles games with her dad, but if the Cowboys were on, she'd root for them to appease her brother, Bob. Patty loved visits from her nieces and nephews when they were young and would entertain them at length with her collection of toys, crafts, books and stuffed animals. That continued as she became a great aunt. She spent a lifetime making memories with everyone who loved her. Patty never missed a holiday party, a birthday, christening or other social event and always came with a smile. She'd watch everyone around her and soak in every minute of joy.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in Patty's name to: Handi-Crafters 215 Barley Sheaf Road Thorndale, PA 19372, or the American Cancer Society.
A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
