Patricia Ann Kruszewski

Patricia Ann Kruszewski, 87 of West Chester, PA passed away Sunday May 3, 2026 at Chester County Hospital in West Chester.

She was the wife of George E. Kruszewski.

Born May 29, 1938 in Erie, PA she was the daughter of the late John J. Mikrut and the late Helen F. Dorobiala Mikrut.

Patricia grew up in Erie and graduated from St. Benedict Academy.

She worked as a legal secretary for Jones Benson and Dwyer of Erie.

Patty and George were married in 1959, lived in Milwaukee WI, Lexington MA, Greendale WI, and moved to West Chester in 1969 with their 4 lovely daughters.

Patricia was a member of .St Agnes Church since 1969. As a member she taught CCD, was involved in Pre-Cana and contributed to the Day Room.

She enjoyed her home, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She provided foster care for 23 babies.  Patty was a ray of sunshine, happy and positive. She always looked for the good in others. She loved quilting, plants, gardening, and taking care of George.

In addition to her husband, Patricia is survived by children, Maria Dixon (Stephen), Lois Graveno (Adam), Nancy Novello (John) and Lisa Jacobsen (Eugene); grandchildren, Matthew, Brian (Kat), Daniel (Anya), Kayla, David, Alex, Michael, Gretchen and Zach; great grandchildren, Owen, Milo, Brian, Jaxson, Shealyn and Sloan; brother, Robert Mikrut (Ken)

She was preceded in death by her siblings, Marlene Ennis and John Mikrut.   

Relatives and friends are invited to her visitation on Thursday, May 7, 2026 from 9:30 AM - 10:45 am at St. Agnes Church 233 W. Gay St. West Chester, PA 19380 followed by her Funeral Mass at 11:00 am.

Interment will be in St. Agnes Cemetery West Chester, PA.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Agnes Day Room.
