1929 - 2021

Norman J Worth, 92, of West Grove suddenly passed away peacefully surrounded by family and his minister, Annalie Korengel on March 22, 2021.

He was proceeded in death by his parents Norman J Worth and Edna Green Worth, and his beloved sister Virginia Worth Nichol.

Norman was a devoted and loving husband, to his wife of 67 years, Jane Woods Worth and father to daughters Donna Worth Carroll, wife of Michael J Carroll, Millsboro, DE, and Kathy Worth Leo, wife of Michael Leo, Landenberg, PA. Loving and caring grandfather of Kacie Lynn Leo and John Paul Leo.

Norman graduated from Newark High School and was a Veteran of the US Air Force. He retired from the DuPont Experimental Station after 43 years. He was a member of the Concordville and PoMarLyn Fire Companies. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. Camping being a joy in his life he was an active member of the NCHA/FCRV.

Norman was a very religious man and was a member of the Unionville Presbyterian Church. He sorely missed attending church service and visiting with other worshippers during the pandemic. Norman was described by all who knew him as a true gentleman. He will be greatly missed.

Condolences to Norman's family from the Rev John Ferguson family. We grew up side by side with you in our beloved Unionville Church and community. So many occasions celebrated together. We are grateful for the recent luncheon organized by Rev Annalie that Jane and Norman, Dick and Doris, the Scott's and our dad enjoyed together, What a pleasure it was for them! Having lost our dad in June, we understand your grief.
Thinking of you,    Elaine, Ellen, and Kirk Ferguson
