Michael J. Morrow, Sr.

Michael J. Morrow Sr., 68 of Atglen, PA passed away Tuesday April 15, 2025 at his home surrounded by his wife and 3 children.

He was the husband of Cindy L. Morrow (Seiple) with whom he shared 47 years of marriage.

Born July 7, 1956 at Bryn Mawr Hospital, he was the son of the late James F. Morrow and the late Frances M. McGarrity Morrow.

Michael grew up in Newtown Square before moving to West Chester where he graduated from Henderson Senior High School.

He worked in construction with his main focus being flooring. He was self employed for most of his adult life.

Michael was a hard worker. He always put everyone else before himself. He was well known for helping others whether it be picking up someone stranded on the road, fixing a vehicle or helping with things around their house. He enjoyed all things automotive from working on cars to watching NASCAR. He enjoyed being outside whether it be around the yard, at the beach, at the campground or sitting around a fire. Most of all, he enjoyed time spent with his family.

In addition to his wife, Michael is survived by his children, Michael (Kerrie) Morrow, Lauren (Mike) Romero, Brandon (Victoria) Morrow and his grandchildren, Alivia, Aubree, Emma, Alijah, Drew, Elysa, Abi and step grandchildren, Luna and Bowen and siblings Kevin Morrow of Pittsburgh, PA, Maureen Syntax of Lewes,DE and Stephen Morrow of Parkesburg, PA.

He was preceded in death by his parents and daughter in law, Alexandria Morrow.

Relatives and friends are invited to his visitation on Friday, April 25th from 10:00 am – 10:45 am at DellaVecchia, Reilly, Smith & Boyd Funeral Home, Inc. 410 North Church Street West Chester, PA 19380 followed by his Funeral Service at 11:00 am. 

Interment will be private. 

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Prostate Cancer Foundation.
