Obituary
Marie C. Edleman, 74 of West Chester, PA passed away Wednesday, May 10, 2023 at her home in West Chester.
She was the wife of Charles (Ed) Edleman .
Born September 8, 1948 in West Chester, PA, she was the daughter of the late Thomas Parise and the late Ann Onder Parise.
She grew up in West Chester and graduated from West Chester Henderson High School.
Marie began her career working at the computer center at West Chester State College where she met her husband, Ed. Throughout her life, she also worked for the Chester County Detectives and the West Goshen Police Department. Her greatest accomplishment was raising three boys.
She was a member of St. Agnes Church of West Chester.
Marie enjoyed collecting dolls and baking. She was creative and artistic.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her sons, Dan (Lisa) Edleman, Kyle (Nicole) Edleman and Michael (Mauricette) Edleman; sister, Margaret Ferrari; grandchildren, Corbin Smith, Alexandra Barcio, Tyler Heermann, Esau Edleman, Oona Edleman; and great-grandchildren, Tyler, Tony, Karina.
Relatives and friends are invited to her Memorial Service at 10:00 am on Saturday, May 20. DellaVecchia, Reilly, Smith & Boyd Funeral Home, Inc. 410 North Church Street West Chester PA 19380.
Interment will be private.
