Leonard F. Zmich

Leonard F. Zmich, age 93, formerly of Coatesville, PA passed on Saturday, December 25th, 2021 at the Brandywine Hospital in Coatesville due to pneumonia.

He was born October 2, 1928 in Auburn, MI to the late Aloys F. and Delphine Jarczynski Zmich.

He grew up in Midland, MI and graduated from Midland High School in 1947. He attended 3 years at the University of Michigan until he was drafted into the Air Force during the Korean war.

Leonard worked as an environmental engineer at the Roy F. Weston Co. and then worked twenty two years at The Lukens Steel Co. before retiring in 1994.

Leonard is survived by his wife Jo Anne D. Zmich, sons Paul and Kurt, 5 granddaughters and 7 great grandkids.

He was preceded in death by his son Patrick and his sister Delores Sundeck.
