Joyce A. Tarsi

Joyce A. Tarsi, age 75, of West Chester, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully on December 16, 2025, at Chester County Hospital.

She was the loving wife of Peter Tarsi for over 52 years.

Born on September 10, 1950, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Joyce was the daughter of the late William Fryling and Henrietta Keyser.

She grew up in Radnor, Pennsylvania, and was a graduate of Radnor High School. Joyce later attended West Chester University and earned her bachelor’s degree from Immaculata University.

Joyce dedicated her professional life to office management, working in East Goshen Township, Caln Township, and West Brandywine Township. She was known for her strong work ethic, organization, and reliability.

In her free time, Joyce enjoyed going to the beach, gardening, birdwatching, and art. She was an avid animal lover.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her sons, Justin Tarsi and Joshua (Jamie) Tarsi; her grandchildren, Giavanna, Gabriella, and Dominic. She is also survived by her siblings, Albert Martin and Rosemary Bear, as well as many extended family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Janet McNally.

Relatives and friends are invited to her visitation on Tuesday, December 23, 2025, from 10:00 to 10:45 a.m. at DellaVecchia Reilly Smith & Boyd Funeral Home, Inc. 410 N. Church St. West Chester, PA 19380; with a funeral service will follow at 11:00 a.m.

Interment will be private.
