Joyce Pollitt Schiller

Joyce Pollitt Schiller, 92 of Exton, PA passed away Tuesday July 1, 2025, at Paoli Hospital in Paoli.

She was the wife of Ron Schiller.

Born April 28, 1933, in the Bronx, New York, she was the daughter of the late Joseph Silverman and the late Edith Gandelman Silverman.

Joyce grew up in the Bronx and graduated from Evander Childs High School. She received her bachelor’s degree at Hunter College of the City of New York.

She was a market research executive at Eric Marder Associates, specializing in product research.

Joyce loved the arts and music.  She enjoyed traveling and was a champion of women’s rights and the environment.

In addition to her husband, Joyce is survived by her son, Stephen (June) Pollitt; granddaughter, Monique Pollitt; great grandson, Garrett Cabellon; nieces, Jan Whelan, Eve Marder, Elissa Marder, nephews, Jeffrey Warren, Efrem Marder; great niece, Alicia Franke; great nephews, Shawn Whelan, Adam and Eric Warren and former spouse, Wesley Pollitt.

She was preceded in death by siblings, Florrie Warren & Dorothy Marder. 

A memorial service to honor her life will be announced in September.
