John “Jack” K. Williams, 80, of Exton, PA, died of Covid on Sunday December 27, 2020, at Chester County Hospital in West Chester, following a ten-year struggle with Alzheimer’s. Jack was married for 26 years to Peggy (Morrell) Williams. Born November 6, 1940, in Philadelphia, Jack was the son of the late John and Julia (Kumposky) Williams.
Jack served in the United States Army as a transmission analyst stationed in Turkey from August 1962 to May 1965. During his service, he especially enjoyed playing volleyball for the Army and how it enabled him to travel in Europe. After earning a Bachelor’s Degree in business from Temple University, he worked his entire career (37 years) as a sales/marketing representative for Total (formerly Pennwalt Corp.).
In addition to his wife, Jack is survived by children from a previous marriage: his daughter Susan Kennedy (Joel), and sons David (Rachel), Timothy (Kacy), and Michael (Carrie) and grandsons Jake, Garrett, and Arlen. He is also survived by stepsons James and Steven (Dana) Haine and grandsons Ethan and Owen.
Services and Interment will be private.
