Jerome Paige (Jerry) Jenkins, 82 of West Chester, PA, passed away on Thursday, November 20, 2025, at his home surrounded by his family.
He was the husband of Mary Louise Jenkins (nee Dulin).
Born August 21, 1943, in West Chester, Pennsylvania, he was the son of the late James R. Jenkins and the late Anna McGoldrick Jenkins.
Jerry grew up in West Chester, PA and graduated from West Chester High School.
He enjoyed time with his wife, Mary Lou, renovating their home, building furniture, working in the garden, events with his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren and daily walks about town.
In addition to his wife, Mary Lou, Jerry is survived by his children- Carrie Jenkins Martin (William), Laura Brown (Stephen), Donna Bond (Thomas) and Jennifer Wilson (Richard); his grandchildren (who knew him as ‘Poppy’) - Zachary, Zoe, MacKenzie (Wilson), Molly, Mary, Benjamin, Noah, Samuel (Martin), Dylan, Jacob, Daniel (Brown), Olivia and Bethany (Bond); his great-grandchildren- Mia, Reagan, Poppy, Maisie, Scarlet and Charlotte; and his siblings- Joyce Bishop, John Jenkins, Janice Lambert and Judith Leonard.
Jerry was preceded in death by his brother James R. Jenkins, Jr.
Service and internment will be private.
