FOR OUR SISTER
A MOTHER, GRANDMOTHER and GREAT GRANDMOTHER.
The girls were the pieces and she was the glue,
Known as Jean by many and Betty to a few,
Generous with her time and a heart full of love,
Now looking down at her family from Heaven above.
We will all miss her presence and the infectious smile,
The hurt we feel now will only last for a while,
But our memories of her will forever remain,
Because there’s always sunshine after rain.
