Helena T. Busacca

The soul of Helena T. Busacca of West Chester, PA, wife of Francis J. Busacca, left her body on August 8, 2021. 

Born in Wheeling, West Virgina, daughter of Ralph Krasevec and Mary Smila.  Mother to Michael Busacca and Tracy Bourne; Mother-in-Law to Joanne and George; Grammy to Morgan and Joseph Busacca; Sister to Ralph, Rosalie, Mary Ann, Joe, Christine; Sister-in-Law to David, Marianne, Gary, Rob, Beverly, Murphy, Jack, Brenda, Christopher, and Bill; and friend to many. 

Helena touched hearts with her love, her laughter, and her strength. She was an amazing and adventurous woman making everyday moments special. Helena lived her life with an inner strength that enabled new life adventures.  

From raising a family in new locations, to moving to Budapest, Hungary, to being a champion for women’s rights throughout her life – having a cascading impact on her family. These experiences inspired us all.

Helena lived by the golden rule and had a passion for many things, especially the beach, tennis, family, and friends. Throughout all these activities Helena’s sense of style, poise and elegance were always shining through.  

She loved all - her husband most of all. She is, and will always be, a foundation for our family’s strength.

Relatives and friends are invited to her visitation on August 26, 2021 from 1-2 pm and her memorial service at 2 pm at DellaVecchia, Reilly, Smith & Boyd Funeral Home, Inc. 410 N Church St, West Chester, PA, 610-696-1181, www.DellaFH.com.
