Harold E. Rulon, Jr.

Harold E. Rulon Jr., 91 of West Chester, PA passed away Sunday August 7, 2022 at his home in West Chester.

He was the husband of Mary B. Rulon.

Born November 12, 1930 in West Chester, PA he was the son of the late Harold E. Rulon and the late Abigail Eastburn.

Harold grew up in West Chester, PA. He served our country in the Army National Guard for several years.

Harold was the owner of Rulon Amusement Company.

He was a lifetime member of Elks, Moose Lodge of West Chester and also The Jockey Club, Member/Owner of State Horse Racing Commission of PA.

He enjoyed horse riding as a jockey, boating for over 40 years, his amusement company and of course his beloved Philadelphia Eagles.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his son, William M. Rulon, son, Daniel A. Rulon, daughter, Nina R. Ferrier, son, Timothy G. Rulon (Denine); and many loving grandchildren and great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his son, Steven Lee Rulon (Lisa), son, H. Randy Rulon (Ellen) and daughter, S. Jean Oakes (Bubby).

Relatives and friends are invited to his visitation on Tuesday, August 16, 2022 from 9:00 am - 9:45 am at DellaVecchia, Reilly, Smith & Boyd Funeral Home, Inc. 410 North Church Street West Chester, PA 19380, 610-696-1181 www.DellaFH.com; followed by his Funeral Service at 10:00 am.

Interment will be in Glenwood Memorial Gardens Broomall PA.
