David S. Dadd

David Steven Dadd, 57 of West Chester, PA died peacefully at his home on Wednesday June 8, 2022.

He was the loving husband of Elaine Michelle Stathis Dadd.

Born August 20, 1964 in Mineola, NY he was the son of Steven J. Dadd and Mary Lou Green Dadd.

David grew up in both Columbia, MD and West Chester and graduated from Henderson High School. He earned his BS in Electrical Engineering in 1987 from Virginia Tech and his Masters in Computer Science from West Chester University in 1998. He worked as a software engineer at Lockheed Martin in Valley Forge.

David was a member of the Brandywine Grace Church in Downingtown. Faith and family were the most important things to him. He enjoyed serving in the church, hiking, juggling, and spending many family holidays in the Pocono Mountains.

In addition to his parents and wife, David is survived by his children, Stephanie Michelle Dadd-Umble and her husband John, Elias David Dadd, and Maria Elena Dadd. He is also survived by his sister, Deb Gottwerth and her husband Dan along with many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to his visitation on Saturday, June 18, 2022, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, and his Funeral Service from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Brandywine Grace Church, 40 West Pennsylvania Ave., Downingtown, PA 19335. The church parking lot can be accessed by Ax Ally off of Manor Ave.

Interment will be private.
