David H. Conner

David H. Conner, 76, of West Chester, PA, passed away Tuesday, November 7, 2023, at the Chester County Hospital in West Chester.  

Born March 9, 1947, in West Chester, PA, Dave was the son of the late Richard Conner and the late Madalene Hayes Conner, and he was the husband of the late Linda Pryor Conner. After graduating from West Chester Joint High School in 1965, he served in the United States Navy until 1969.

Dave was the owner and manager of Goshen Service Center in West Chester for over 35 years. He also worked in the maintenance department at Communications Test Design Inc. for several
years until his retirement in 2015. 

Dave loved fishing, golfing, and spending time with his family in Ocean City, NJ. Above all, he valued the quality time he spent with his grandchildren. Together, they enjoyed crabbing, playing
card games, cooking, working in the garden, and watching the Eagles games. 

A devoted husband, father, and grandfather, Dave is survived by his wife, Dorothy (Dot) D'Antonio Conner; his daughter, Stefanie (Joel) Lenderman; son, Matthew (Diane) Conner; son, Dan Conner; daughter, Jackie (Todd) Longan; sister, Judi Clark, and grandchildren, Sophia, Caroline, Meghan, Ryan, Conner, and Claire. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends. 

Relatives and friends are invited to his visitation on Monday, November 13, 2023 from 9:00 am - 10:15 am at DellaVecchia, Reilly, Smith & Boyd Funeral Home, Inc., 410 North Church Street West Chester, PA 19380. The Funeral Service will follow at 10:30 am. Interment will be in St. Agnes Cemetery, West Chester, PA.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Camilla Hall Nursing Home c/o IHM Mission Advancement Office, and/or Veterans Association of America, and/or the Penn Abramson Cancer Center at the Chester County Hospital.
