Constance C. Jordan, 94 of West Chester, PA passed away on Thursday April 19, 2018 at home.

She was the wife of the late Theodore E. Jordan.

Born February 3, 1924 in Mill Hall, PA she was the daughter of the late Clair R. Powers and the late Rebecca F. Snyder Powers.

Constance was a graduate of Williamsport High School.

She was as a homemaker and was an avid antique collector.

Constance was a dedicated mother and grandmother.

She is survived by her Daughter, Anne L. Fiden; Son, Mark D. Jordan (Kinga); Daughter, Lynne J. Alfonsi (Michael); Grandchildren, Beth Ann Walker (Michael), Michelle Evans, Daniel Fiden (Priscilla), Lt. Matthew J. Intoccia, US Navy (Marcie), Adam M. Alfonsi, Alexander V. Alfonsi, Leo Jordan, Eszter Jordan; Great Grandchildren, Nicholas Walker, Alexis Fiden, Allison Walker, Max Evans, Ryan Evans, Sophie Walker, Charles Walker, Declan Intoccia; Brothers, David Powers and L. Will Powers.

Services and interment will be private.
