Christopher B. Donovan

Christopher B.  Donovan, 52 of West Chester, PA passed away Monday February 2, 2026 at the age of 52.

Born August 21, 1973 in Darby, PA he was the son of Edward A. Donovan and Mary Burton Donovan.

He worked as an Outside Operation Manager at Ledge Rock Golf Club and as Account Manager for Green  Lawn Fertilizing Company.

Christopher grew up in West Chester and graduated from Bishop Shanahan High School and Immaculata University.  He was involved in various sports including soccer leagues which included a trip to England with the West Chester United Soccer team.  One of his friends said he was a remarkable soccer player.  He also enjoyed surfing especially when he worked during the summer at the Surfers Supply shop in Ocean City.  Golf was a sport in which his aim was to be a golf pro.

In addition to his parents, Christopher is survived by his daughter Hazel Donovan, former wife Kimberly Donovan and his brother Edward Donovan.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents Edward and Margaret Donovan and Harry and Nan Burton.

Relatives and friends are invited to his Visitation on Friday, February 13, 2026 from 10:30 am - 11:15 am at SS. Simon & Jude Church 8 Cavanaugh Court West Chester, PA 19382, followed by his Funeral Mass at 11:30 am.

Interment will be in SS. Peter & Paul Cemetery  Springfield, PA.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Camilla Hall.
