Christine Welsh of West Chester.

Christine Welsh, 64 years old of West Chester, PA died on Friday January 6, 2023, at The Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia.

Born September 5, 1958, in Cincinnati, OH she was the daughter of the late Scott Farmer and the late Doris Tinder Farmer and her husband the late Everett R. Tinder, Sr.

She will be deeply missed by her High School sweetheart, and her loving husband Donald V. Welsh.

She enjoyed gardening, reading, writing, riding her Harley Davidson on the open road with Donald. She took pleasure in taking her Mustang over the speed limit and when you didn’t see her speeding around town, you could find her at a local car show. She enjoyed boating and watching Shawn race motocross.

Christine will be remembered for her love of family which includes her dog, Cricket. Some of her favorite places to visit were Cortez, Florida and St. Michaels in Maryland. Her favorite restaurants include Four Dogs Tavern and Beaver Creek Tavern. She enjoyed celebrating and decorating for Halloween. Christine was always loving and supportive and lived her life to the fullest. 

In addition to her husband, Christine is survived by her son, Shawn Welsh and his wife Stephanie, grandchildren, Elaina, Nicolette and Luca Welsh, siblings, Jane Hess, Dru Rice, Doug Farmer, and Alan Farmer.
