Caroline E. Jones

Caroline E. Jones, 91 of West Chester, PA passed away Saturday January 9, 2021 at Brandywine Hall Care Center in West Chester.

She was the wife of the late Gwilym C. Jones.

Born November 4, 1929 in West Chester, PA she was the daughter of the late Thomas Alston Smith Sr. and the late Elizabeth P. Pyle.

Caroline had worked as a hairdresser for 62 years at La Casa Hairdressing in Wayne.

She was a member of the West Chester Chapter of the Order of Eastern Star serving a term as Matron of Honor.

Caroline enjoyed gardening, baking and her precious dogs Beanie and Honey.

She is survived by her sister Peggy McCardle, her niece and many nephews.

In addition to her husband, she was predeceased in death by her brothers, Thomas Smith Jr. and Alfred Smith, and sisters, Jean Clayton and Betty Kirkland.

Services and Interment will be held at a later date, when we can gather safely due to Covid-19.
