Carol L. Snyder

Carol L. Snyder, 64, of West Chester, Pennsylvania, passed away early Saturday morning on December 6th in Albrightsville, Pennsylvania. Born in Trenton, New Jersey, she was the daughter of the late Thomas F. and Evelyn T. Baker. She was the wife of Kurk W. Snyder, with whom she shared 39 years of marriage.

In addition to her husband, Kurk, she is survived by her sister Karen Glasser, her sons, Christopher and wife Amy, Kevin, Kyle and wife Cassidy, and her grandchildren, Thomas, James, and Lucas.  

Carol was a 1979 graduate of Lawrenceville High School and a 1983 graduate of Rider College, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Commerce. She was employed with the United States Liability Insurance Group as an accounts receivable analyst. Carol was a passionate traveler. She traveled to 45 of the 50 states and 30 countries. She also enjoyed scrapbooking, cooking, baking, playing board and card games, and watching movies. She had a near-encyclopedic knowledge of movie quotes and music-related trivia.  She loved spending time with her family, especially her three grandsons.

Relatives and friends are invited to her visitations on Sunday, December 14, 2025 from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm at DellaVecchia, Reilly, Smith & Boyd Funeral Home, Inc. 410 North Church Street West Chester, PA 19380, and on Monday, December 15, 2025 from 10:00 am - 10:45 am at SS. Peter & Paul Church; 1325 E. Boot Rd. West Chester, PA 19380; followed by her Funeral Mass at 11:00 am. Interment will be private. 

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
