Carol L. Murray

Carol L. Murray, 78 of North Wildwood, NJ passed away peacefully on Friday April 28th 2023 in her family’s home.

Born on April 20th, 1945, she grew up in Kensington and graduated from Mastbaum High School.  Carol was married to the late Joseph Murray.  In 1978 they settled in West Chester where they raised their two children.  Carol and Joe loved the shore and later moved to their summer home in Avalon.  After her husband’s passing, she briefly lived in Coatesville, PA and then eventually settled in North Wildwood.  Carol loved her community at THS in North Wildwood.  She especially enjoyed spending time with friends in the summer while having drinks by the pool.   She loved the sun and could always be found working on her tan.  More than anything, Carol loved being around kids.  She adored her 5 grandsons and lived her life for them.

Carol was proceeded in death by her husband Joe.  She is survived by her children Joe (Elena) Murray, Debbie (George) Geier, grandsons, Dylan, Austin, Joey, Brandon and Trevor.  She is also survived by her 4 siblings, Marion (Babe) Miller, Fred (Bub) Dirsh, Robin (Bobbie) Hocker and Gail Cassilis.  She leaves behind countless nieces, nephews, friends and loved ones.

No services will be held but a celebration of Carol’s life will be announced.
