Beth Pursel Evans, age 102, of Willow Street, PA, died on April 15,2021 at the Lakeside residence at the Willow Valley Community.

She was the wife of the late Raymond Evans who died in 1998.

Born December 15, 1918 in Bloomsburg, PA she was the daughter of the late Warren Pursel and the late Ruth Shobert Pursel.

Beth grew up in Bloomsburg and graduated from Forty Fort high school and then went to business school.

She was a homemaker.

Beth was a member of the Westtown Bible Study.

She enjoyed entertaining, antiques and floral arranging

Beth is survived by: her children Carolyn Ida Evans of Norristown, PA and R. Douglas Evans Jr. and his wife Lindsay Miller Evans of Bedford, PA; her brother Arthur Henrie of Pennswoods, Newtown, PA. Beth’s grandchildren: Brandon Evans and Morgan Evans and her great grandchildren: Olivia, Megan, Lucas and Kaitlin all living in the Pittsburgh area.

Services and Interment will be private on Monday, April 19, 2021. Live Streaming of her Service will be available here: https://bebethlehem.online.church/
