Beatrice M. Huber

Beatrice M. Huber, 99 of West Chester, PA passed away Monday, February 10, 2025 at The Hickman in West Chester.

She was the wife of the late Frank J. Huber.

Born February 13, 1925 in Broomall, PA she was the daughter of the late Carl Moore and the late Beatrice John Moore. After her father passed away when she was ten years old, Bea and her mother continued to reside in Broomall until they moved to West Chester to be closer to family.

Bea graduated from Westtown School and went on to study at Hood College. Later, she attended what was then known as the Normal School, now West Chester University.

She worked as an Administrator for John’s Antique Shop in Sugartown that she ran with her husband, Frank; Delchester Paper Company; and most recently, Delchester Tree Service.

Bea enjoyed playing Bridge and spending time with her family and friends.

She is survived by her son, Frank J. (Trish) Huber, Jr.; daughter, Brenda H. (Bill) Ashton; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to her visitation on Tuesday, February 18, 2025 from 10:00 am - 10:45 am at DellaVecchia, Reilly, Smith & Boyd Funeral Home, Inc. at 410 North Church Street West Chester, PA 19380, followed by her Funeral Service at 11:00 am. Interment will be at Birmingham Lafayette Cemetery, West Chester PA.
