Actively involved in the community, she volunteered with Junior Service Board, Neighborhood League, the Devon Horse Show and in her later years at Wayne Presbyterian where she served as a childcare volunteer and on the Chancel Committee.

She enjoyed playing golf and was a long-time member of St. David's Golf Club and the Bonita Bay Club.  She loved to play Bridge and was an avid Eagles fan, who along with Clis, was a long-time season ticket holder.
