Angeline Muzzo Obituary

Angeline Muzzo, age 94, resident of Pocopson Home, West Chester, PA, deceased April 8, 2018.

Born on May 13, 1923 in Jamestown, New York, daughter of Concetta (Clara) and Charles Savoca.

She married Louis Carlo Muzzo on September 20, 1947 and moved to Toledo Ohio. During her 50-year marriage, Angie worked as a practical nurse at Mercy Hospital, was a devoted and active member of St. Jude Catholic Church and served as an officer in its women’s organizations. She enjoyed membership in the Alba Club and loved to entertain family and friends with her fine cooking.

Upon Louie’s passing in 1997, Angie moved back to Jamestown. In 2012, she moved to Downingtown, PA to be near her son, Michael, and family. As her health declined, Angie moved to Pocopson Home in 2016.

Angie and Louie had two beloved sons, Joseph Ross and Michael Sebastian. Joseph pre-deceased Angie in 2003, leaving a wife, Linda, and son, Joey.

Angie leaves behind her son, Michael, daughter-in-law Grace, and their children, Sarah and Paul, their spouses, and two great-grandchildren.

Pre-deceasing Angie were her sisters, Clara and Mella, and brother, Charlie.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 14 at the Urbansky Funeral Home (5055 Secor Road, Toledo, Ohio) from 9:30 until 11:15. A funeral mass will be held at St. Pious Catholic Church (2950 Ilger Ave, Toledo) at 12:00Noon with interment following at Toledo Memorial Cemetery.
