Angelina Amelia Trottini, 82, of West Chester, PA passed away Wednesday, November 8, 2023 at Bellingham in West Chester.
Born January 4, 1941 in Spangler, PA she was the daughter of the late Antonio Sacca and Lena Filoramo Sacca. Angelina grew up in New Brunswick, NJ with her 14 brothers and sisters.
She worked as a principal secretary at Veterans Memorial Elementary School in Brick, NJ. Angelina volunteered as a lunch aid at Saints Peter and Paul School where her grandchildren attended from 2001 to 2011. Students knew her as “Nana T” and the Pittsburgh Steelers’ number one fan. Angelina then worked at Rite Aid for several years as a cashier. Angelina was often seen around Chester County representing her Steelers in head-to-toe attire.
In addition to the Steelers, Angelina enjoyed golfing, cross stitching, and cooking her family’s favorite meals. She loved running Bingo at Bellingham, spending time with her family, and caring for her cat, Kitti. She was very proud of her family and adored them.
Angelina was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence D. Trottini and is survived by her son, Lawrence Trottini, daughter, Sandra Nuernberg, and son-in-law, Jay Nuernberg. Also, her granddaughter, Allysa (Eric), grandson Austin (Jessica), step-granddaughters Ashley and Tara, and her nieces and nephews.
Services and Interment will be private.
