Amy Lee Larer, 48, of Phoenixville, PA, passed away Tuesday, February 10, 2026.
She was the wife of Robert Houck Jr.
Born March 9, 1977, in West Chester, PA, she was the daughter of the late James H. Larer, Sr. and the late Sharon Ann Scott. Amy grew up in West Chester and later attended Penn State University, Main Campus.
Amy was known for her exceptional work ethic and deep dedication in all that she did. She was a loving and loyal friend with a wonderful sense of humor, someone who brought lightness and laughter to those around her. Above all, she was a devoted mother. Her son, Seth, was the center of her world and the greatest joy of her life. She treasured playing games with him, working on art projects together, and simply spending time with her family.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her beloved son, Seth; her grandmother, Ana Powell; her sister, Angie (Larer) Ruggeri and husband Joshua Ruggeri, along with their children, Maurice and Victoria Larer; and her brother, James Larer Jr., and his wife Stacie Larer, along with their children, Ranger, Mia, Ram, and Demi.
Amy will be laid to rest during a private service surrounded by those who love her most.
Her love for Seth was endless and will remain a quiet, steady presence in his life always.
