Wayne Carl Jaeschke, 81, of West Chester, PA passed away on October 11, 2018.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 56 years, Luisa (DelBalzo), daughter Lori Ann Lange (John), Son Wayne Carl Jaeschke, Jr. (Ann), grandson Wayne Carl Jaeschke III, great grandson Zachary Alan Stewart, Jr., and numerous nieces and nephews, as well as his faithful, loving golden retrievers Hannah and Bella.
He is preceded in death by parents Carl and Mae Jaeschke, sisters Constance and Carol, brother Charles, and his cherished granddaughter Taylor Nicole.
After graduating from Cornell University with a degree in Chemical Engineering and receiving a Juris Doctor from Fordham University, Wayne had a long, successful career as a business leader and corporate patent attorney with M.W. Kellogg, Stauffer Chemical Company, and as Chief Patent Counsel of Henkel Corporation.
Wayne was a member of the New York State bar association, the Association of Corporate Patent Counsel, and an active member of the legal community, having authored numerous books and publications on patent law.
Relatives and friends are invited to his Visitation from 9-10am on Friday, October 19, 2018 at St. Agnes Church, 233 W. Gay St. West Chester, PA 19380; followed by his Funeral Mass at 10am.
Interment will be held in St. Agnes Cemetery, West Chester, PA.
