Virginia E. Winters of West Chester

Virginia Elizabeth “Betty” Winters born February 21st, 1920 in Wichita Kansas passed away November 11, 2017 in West Chester, Pennsylvania.

Her parents and her husband, William Dillon Winters, precede Betty in death.

Survivors include her son William Dillon Winters Jr. (Dorene) of West Chester PA, and three daughters, Ellen Hobson of Woodland Hills, CA, Pam (Ron) Palmer of Lake Bay, WA, Teri (Gary) Koester of Rose Hill, KS, and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

A small family graveside gathering will be held at Resthaven Mortuary in Wichita, KS, on November 29, 2017 in lieu of formal ceremonies; followed by a celebration of life with friends and family from 1-4 at the home of her daughter, Teri.
