Shirley F. Hurlbrink, 84 of Chester Springs, PA died Thursday December 13, 2018 at the Brandywine Hall Care Center in West Chester.
She was the wife of the late H. Richard Hurlbrink.
Born October 19, 1934 in Greenbush, VA she was the daughter of the late Harold Joseph Fairfield and the late Rosalie Kilmon Fairfield.
Shirley graduated with a Business Degree from the James Madison University. She was an active member of the West Chester United Methodist Church and sang in the Chancel Choir.
Shirley was a member and past president of the Chester County Hospital Women’s Auxiliary, a member and co-founder of the Talisman Investment Cub, performed at Longwood Gardens with The Brandywiners, Ltd., sang with the Brandywiners Chorale and with the 49ers Chorus. Shirley enjoyed reading, knitting, sewing, gardening and singing.
She is survived by her daughter, Donna Hurlbrink of Wilmington, DE, son, Richard N. Hurlbrink and his wife Laurie of Chester Springs, PA and grandson, Evan Hurlbrink.
Relatives and Friends are invited to her Memorial Service at 1:00 pm on January 26, 2019 at the West Chester United Methodist Church, 129 S. High St. West Chester PA 19382
Interment will be held in Private.
