Octavia is survived by her son Reynold B. Williams, grandson Michael B. Williams and cousins.

Relatives and friends are invited to her Memorial Service at 11:00am Saturday, April 14, 2018 at the United Church of Christ East Goshen, 1201 North Chester Rd. West Chester, PA 19380.

Interment will be private
