Margaret Ann Raspa, formerly of Drexel Hill

Margaret Ann Raspa, 87 formerly of Drexel Hill, PA died Saturday November 11, 2017 at Hickory House in Honey Brook, PA.

She was the wife of the late Edmund Francis Raspa, Jr. with whom they shared 35 years of marriage.

Born in Detroit, Michigan, she was the daughter of the late Donald Elmer Kleinhans and the late Maurine Brennan Kleinhans. While in college her family moved to Drexel Hill on Warrior Road. It was during this time that she met the love of her life, Ed. They were married at the Rosary Cathedral in Toledo, Ohio. Margaret worked as a librarian prior to being married and at Saint Dorothy's school library as a parent volunteer. She had a love of books. She enjoyed her grandchildren and gardening. Margaret was a parishioner of Saint Dorothy's Church since 1960.

She is survived by her children Edmund (Sallie), daughter, John (Donna), and Suzanne Grunza (Steven);  grandchildren, Ketzie Diaz (Chris), Jonathan, Nina, grandson, grandson, John, Marisa, Steven, Matthew, Kierra, Ryan and Andrew; Great grandchildren Sophia and Vincent; cousins, sister in laws, nieces and nephews.

She was pre-deceased by her brother Robert Kleinhans, her cousin Robert Telfer and her uncle William Brennan.

Relatives and Friends are invited to her visitation on Tuesday, November 14, 2017 from 9 am until 10 am at St. Dorothy Church, 4910 Township Line Road Drexel Hill, PA 19026; followed by her Funeral Mass at 10 am.

Interment will be held in St. Denis Cemetery, Havertown, PA.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Saint Dorothy's Church at the above address.
